Our farm-to-table dining in Tonga begins in our organic garden. We grow much of what we serve — from papayas and bananas to leafy greens, and herbs. What we don’t grow ourselves comes from local island suppliers who share our values of sustainability and respect for nature. Every meal reflects what’s in season, ensuring fresh, flavourful, and eco-friendly dining.
